I am a Spirit having an experience in a human body and after 60 years, still enjoying the voyage.

I have moved from the centre of London to the South West of England  and have happily taken up the life of a beach bum, here in the Surf Capital of Britain.  I am living 5 minutes from Porth Beach and the wild and wonderful cliffs.  I have fallen in love with the sea, the sand, the cliffs and the remarkable light in Cornwall. (and I have uploaded some of my photos taken over the past few months so all of you Zaadzsters can see the beauty the Atlantic cost of Cornwall (and in particularly the area around Porth and Whipsiderry Beach.) I have also uploaded some of my photos from a project I did on Women and Body Image and turning the body into art.

I am retired and spend my days writing, taking photographs and walking on these beautiful cliffs and beaches.  

My goal: To be unconditionally loving to all of life in all of its forms
